Cancellation and Refund Policy
 
Student/Payer may cancel enrollment after providing written notice to ITA under the following conditions:
 
Student/Payer will be eligible for a 100% refund under the following conditions:
•           Written request.
•           Within 3 days of user ID and Password created.
•           Logged 0 hours of courseware training.
 
Student/Payer will be eligible for a 25% refund under the following conditions:
•           Written request
•           Over 7 days after user ID and Password created.
•           Logged less than 2 hours.
 
Student shall receive no refund under the following conditions:
•           Over 7 days of user ID and Password created.
•           Over 2 hours logged in.
